We want you to be completely satisfied with Translayer. This Refund Policy outlines our commitment to fair refunds.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans (Pro and Business) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Email us at billing@translayer.app
• Include your account email and the reason for the refund
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

3. What's Eligible for Refund

• First-time subscription payments within 14 days
• Billing errors or duplicate charges (any time)
• Service outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours

4. What's Not Eligible

• Refund requests made after the 14-day window (except billing errors)
• Partial month refunds for cancellations mid-cycle
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
• Free plan credits (no payment was made)

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period.

6. Annual Plan Refunds

Annual plan refunds within the 14-day window receive a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
